Advanced Bioconjugation Processes
Our advanced conjugation processes encompass a wide array of technologies, including an integrated workflow, versatile labeling and linkage methods, analytical/purification/characterization methods, and modification methods. We apply several strategies, including site-directed cysteine mutagenesis, structure characterization, controlled labeling, and purification techniques, to obtain single or site-specific labeled conjugates depending on the properties of the compound and the stage of development. We have developed specific processes for peptides/proteins, antibodies/antibody fragments, oligos, and small molecules. Essentially, with little change, a variety of conjugates can be developed quickly by utilizing these processes.
These proprietary advanced processes are essential for building AqT™ hybrid drugs. The modular approach to building AqT™ molecules allows us to simultaneously construct various AqT™-based lead compounds.
